2. How do I add a driver or dispatcher?


All user management including adding, editing, or removing users happens in the settings tab. You will go to settings --> Users.

3. How is equipment added and assigned?

Drivers do this in their mobile app. They tap on the equipment tab and enter their tractor number (no their name) this needs to be the same identifier that is on their BOL/Scale Ticket, then select the type of tractor from the dropdown. Next follow the same process for their trailer and then press save.

4. How do I dispatch loads?


From the Home tab you will go into an active job and navigate to the dispatch tab. Click add load and the upon creation open load to assign driver.

5. What do I do if I am having issues with the app?
